Where do you deliver?
In Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
How much is shipping?
€9.95 per order. From €50 (after discount), shipping is free.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We ship from Belgium within 1–2 working days after your payment. As soon as your parcel leaves, you get an email with the tracking link.
How does a pre-order work?
You pay now and we ship as soon as the coffee arrives. For Burundi that is from 15/11/2026. The date is on the product page and in your confirmation.
How does the discount work?
The discount applies to the total number of items in your order: 3 items −10%, 5 or more −15%. You can mix beans and capsules.
How can I pay?
Securely via Viva Wallet, with Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Do you also sell ground coffee?
No, whole beans only. Whole beans keep their aroma much longer; grind them just before brewing.
Do the capsules fit my machine?
Caffeluxe capsules fit Nespresso® Original machines, not Nespresso® Vertuo.
How should I store coffee beans?
In the sealed bag with valve, in a cool, dry and dark place. Not in the fridge.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, as long as the packaging is unopened. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back coffee in opened packaging. See Returns.
