Who we are

What data and why

When you order, we process your name, email address, delivery address, optionally your phone number and VAT number, and your order details. We use them to fulfil, deliver and invoice your order and answer your questions (performance of the contract), and to meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share data with

Only those we need to handle your order: our business software (Odoo), our payment provider (Viva Wallet), our shipping software and carriers, and our accountant. Viva Wallet processes your payment details; we never see your card data. We never sell your data.

How long

We keep order and invoice data as long as accounting law requires. Other data is kept no longer than needed.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only remembers your cart and language choice so the site works. If we add analytics or advertising later, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email us at sales@marthedumortier.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
