14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Exception: opened packaging

Coffee and capsules are food in sealed packaging. For health protection and hygiene reasons we cannot take back products whose seal or packaging has been opened after delivery (art. VI.53, 5° Belgian Code of Economic Law). Unopened products can be returned.

How to withdraw

Tell us within 14 days with a clear statement by email to sales@marthedumortier.com, including your name, address, order number and the products you return. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to.

Send the unopened products back within 14 days of your notice to: Marthe Dumortier NV, Turnhoutsebaan 284, 2110 Wijnegem, Belgium. Return costs are yours.

Refund

We refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait to refund until we have the products back or your proof of shipment. We refund using the same payment method.

Legal guarantee

A product that is faulty or arrives damaged is covered by the legal guarantee. Contact us and we replace it or refund you.
