1. Who we are

Maison Marthe is a trade name of Marthe Dumortier NV, Turnhoutsebaan 284, 2110 Wijnegem, Belgium, VAT BE0477715003, email sales@marthedumortier.com. These terms apply to all orders placed on this website.

2. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros, VAT included. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. We do our best to show the offer correctly; obvious errors do not bind us. Quantity discounts are shown on the site and applied automatically.

3. Order and payment

The contract is concluded when you have completed your payment and we confirm your order by email. You pay online through Viva Wallet (including Bancontact, iDEAL and card).

4. Delivery

We only deliver in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, to the address you give. Conditions and costs are on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you when you receive the parcel.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with an exception for opened food products. See Returns.

6. Guarantee and liability

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. Check your parcel on receipt and report visible damage within 7 days. Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, except in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow this.

7. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to sales@marthedumortier.com; we reply as quickly as we can. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (www.consumentenombudsdienst.be). These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protection you enjoy as a consumer in your country of residence.
